A small, clear
privacy note.
Email us directly
The suggestion page now opens your own email app instead of submitting a website form. Nothing is sent until you send that email. If you write to us, our email provider receives your email address, message and any attachments you include.
Why we use it
We use messages to review content requests, product ideas and collaboration enquiries, and to reply. We do not publish private messages or sell your contact information. Please do not send passwords, payment information or private identifiers.
Earlier suggestions
The former website form is closed. Earlier submissions and their delivery records remain private; closing the form does not automatically delete those records.
Website and external links
Our hosting service may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. Social links open third-party platforms, whose own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Your choice
For access or deletion requests, email hello@grinbao.com and describe the message or earlier submission you want us to locate.
